Alright, so I've thought about this some more. I rented you an Eff7 that you broke and didn't even bother to tell me about, you just disappeared for a bit. When you came back, I would see you talk in global and try to talk to you about the situation, but for almost 2 months I never got a response from you (and neither did a couple of my friends who also tried to get you to talk to me about this situation). Finally on April 7th, we came up with the new agreement (the contract I posted above). If I remember correctly, you wanted to do $150k a week, but I didn't want to tie you down with large sum payment that prevented you from enjoying the server... so we agreed on $100k a week (and you even said you could sell features if you needed to). Even though I lowered the original amount from $1,450,000 ecd down to $800,000 ecd, nothing was ever paid. Since your ban, I've sat and watch you play Skyblock... which you've earned enough money through Skyblock to pay off your debt, but never bothered to, just lotto'ed and Sportsbooked it. Just based off your losses in Sportsbook since we made our new agreement on April 7th, you've lost $1,841,625 ecd. My debt seems like an after thought to you and you are very hard to communicate with. You've already failed to pay this off twice, what's different this time? I feel like you're going to get unbanned, fail to pay this off again, and just use the time your unbanned for to play main until you're banned again... at which time you'll just jump back on Skyblock and play/gamble. I cannot express the disappointment and frustration I feel over this situation. I hoped that if I worked with you, we could have resolved this ages ago, in a manor that made us both happy, which is why I lowered the original amount owed and tried so hard to contact you. Instead I feel very disrespected. I would really like to know what you plan to do after you're unbanned which guarantees that you will actually pay me back this time.

When looking at the reason you feel like you should be unbanned you stated; "I feel like playing main again" Nowhere, in your ban appeal have you showed any remorse for your actions towards Ladyv, nor have you even displayed and ensured us that when you return to the main server that you will be a proactive member of society and pay your debts. I personally don't see how "I feel like playing main again" is a valid reason for the staff team to let you back on the server. You should be wanting to rejoin main, as you have caused a lot of issues with another user, scamming them and causing them to be upset and disappointed with a person they chose to trade with. If I was still a member of the staff team, I would've locked your appeal and told you to start again and grow some balls and apologise for your actions; however, as you have already caused enough pain to @Ladyvamptress, I hope you are able to figure out a way to right your wrongs and repay this kind lady. Staff: - This is not an irrelevant post, as I too have been affected by this horrific occurrence. As a member of the community, I feel harmed and afraid, I am scared to trust, I am scared of members of the public as you can not tell their true intentions. Just to let it be known, I honestly do not care if I get unbanned from main. I will happily play Skyblock until this server inevitably dies or I quit. I am just opening up the opportunity for ladyv to get paid back. @Jdawger thanks for the offer but I'm going to decline. As far as i'm concerned this only involves ladyv, the moderation team, and myself. Please lock this thread until a decision is made.
Just some information. Not sure if you have heard, but they are working on a new way to implement bans, which means if you are banned from one server, you will be banned from all servers. This ban here may very well effect whether you can play slyblock, or anything else ecc related in the future. I have mixed feelings about your statements. Part of me hopes staff comes in and sees how completely thoughtless you are and bans you from everything until this debt is paid back, but then the other part of me just want my wait to be over so I can get repaid and move on from this situation. You still haven’t answered my questions, what is your plan here? How will you be paying off this debt in full when you failed to twice before? Also, if you are going to pay some ecd and want a payment plan set up, please state that as well, so staff can see we are both ok with your plan and move forward. As for me, I am very hesitant with going into another payment plan with you, but the debt sign is still at /warp r11 (behind my rental shop), set up to $100k payments. We can go with another payment plan for $100k a week for 8 weeks (starting the day you’re unbanned), but if you fail to pay one payment on time, I will have the right to file another complaint. Also if you put in $200k one week, that doesn’t excuse you from still making a $100k payment the following week... just means it takes off a payment from the end of your schedule, making your due date shorter. These are my terms, if you agree then staff can come in and let us know what we need to do or if you’re unbanned or not.
Thanks for appealing @Ravenwow , and @Ladyvamptress thanks for being willing to negotiate a new deal for the payments. @Ravenwow you say you are ok with 8 $100k payments (so $800k total) to repay this debt, what is your plan to make this money back? I see Ladyv is concerned that you seem to have trouble keeping to your payment schedules; if you were to be unbanned how would you make sure you would get this debt taken care of? I see you have been playing Skyblock quite a bit while you have been banned on the main server, have you made enough money from that to pay off this debt, or at least a part of it?
Currently I have 150k ECD in my forum bal, along with ~300k SBD that is currently being sold for ECD at a 3:1 rate. Along with that, I have approx. 2.5k island levels worth of blocks that can be placed for /islandreward over the course of the next week or so.
Ok, well I would highly recommend that you make every effort to get as much ECD as possible out of the resources you have on skyblock to get this debt taken care of. I have gone ahead and created a payment plan (see spoiler below) for you to get this debt taken care of, it is $100k per week for 8 weeks, starting 1 week from today. @Ladyvamptress stated earlier where they payments are due, on the back of the building at /warp r11.
