Reason for ban: Usage of PvP hacks/hacked client/exploits
Rule broken:
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

The rule in my own words: The use of hacks, hacked clients, and/or exploits is prohibited. Users of said exploits will be banned without regard towards the reason for using exploits. Talking about hacks/exploits is prohibited.
Reason(s) for me to be pardoned of my ban: I believe that the time I have spent away from the server has taught me to never use hacks, hacked clients, or exploits again. I also hope that I would be able to continue my multiple build projects on the server, as well as the town I had started soon before I was banned. I think that both of the projects I am currently working on will improve the server, the town improving the server's ability for lodging new players, and the build projects will improve the general aesthetic of the server. I also ask for a small amount of leniency, being that this is the first time I have been banned.
