Ban appeal

Reason: Hacking,vulgar language, harrasment, bypassing a ban (weemii)

Evidence: Ok i have been lieing i know i lied to so much people about me not hacking but i was hacking im sorry but atleast i have admitted it and i shouldnt be allowed to come back to eco but i even know i have been lieing that i dont hack but sadly i have been hacking. Look i know i shouldnt be hacking but im sorry but it wasnt me hacking on weemii that was actually my mum playing sgs she werent hacking but i have been hacking. Sorry but please dont ban the ip as my dad and my mum if she gets unbanned as it werent me playing on her account. and 2 brothers still wanna play that server and dont even think that im gonna create a new account as i wont why would i.

Heres the hacking rule:
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Ok now lets go on to the vulgar language. Right i use vulgar language as when i get killed in sg's or lose lotto i just rage as i cant take it but i have calmed down now and i have learnt my lesson on using vulgar language and everyone i have used it on i will apologise to if i get unbanned. I know vulgar language isnt acceptable on eco so i wont be using it anymore as it is rude and people do not like it and people might find it offensive
if i just msg them saying fu** you as its not right and i shouldnt be doing it.Im sorry once again and i will not use this language ever again on eco as its unacceptable im sorry.

Clause 2 - Vulgarity

  • Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating.
    • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed.
  • Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
  • Racist language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given.

Now lets go on to harrasment part. I harrass people when i get killed in sg's as like i have said i rage when i get killed and i just spam them with you hack as i cant control it when i rage but like i said earlier in the ban appeal i have calmed down and i have stopped this and also when i lose the lotto i spam them asking for my money back they all say no as i shouldnt be spamming them with can i have my money back as it was a fair win i lost i should take it and they keep the money and i get over it after a while but it got over the top and i kept on doing it which i shouldnt spam them as its unacceptable but if i do come back to eco like i said earlier i will be apologising and i will be telling them i wont do it again as its rude.

Heres the harrasment rule:
Clause 3 - Harassment

  • Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
    • Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
  • This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
  • Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.

Now the bypassing a ban (weemii) part: I was not playing on my mothers account she come back as i got banned from the server which was my fault my mum did warn me about if i get banned i get banned as i had so much complaints about me of hacking and using vulgar language and harrasment. She was doing sg's and chatting alot more as like i said i got banned so she decided to try something new like sg's and she ended up being she ended up being pretty good at sg's and it was not me playing on my mothers account. But i dont know why she got banned as it werent me playing on my mums account it was actually my mum so i hope she gets unbanned to if you dont unban my mum she wont be very happy and my mum speaks like me as
shes my mum she is like me it goes around in the family and she isnt happy that she got banned as it werent me so please believe me it werent me playing on my mums account.
