    For now, I would like to keep it as building from scratch. Please feel free to hire me with a free plot of land to build a full building for you. However I will not accept things like this at the moment. Sorry :)

    I don't mind what the size is but the size matters on the costing of what I charge, better if we discuss in game and tp me to the place because I need to work out costing :)
