The tower by the portal (Artemis Tower right?), is that finished yet? I'd like to lease property there. Also, is there an ET on when Scorpia will be finished and ready for people?
Scorpia is open for business and has been for a long time (Picon and Aerilion are the ones which are currently closed). There are still some houses there to buy I believe. You may contact myself, joliver or calevmir if you'd like to have a look round, or just take the portal yourself (not sure on portal locations these days since they all changed). As for Artemis Wharf (if you mean the one opposite the portal), then there are floors to rent in there yes Just message me ingame if you want to rent one - 10k per floor, and you can ofc rent more than one.

I have floors in Artemis Wharf available for 15k per, and rooms in Caprica Heights, which prices vary. Just chat me online and we'll see if we can work anything out. I may have other apartments available in some of the other colonies.
