Which rainbow? The rings? I just made a ring with a rainbow gradient fill, used the smudge tool to match the image wolvie had provided for me, and then duplicated it again for the smaller ring in the background. As for the trail of rainbow, I simply made a rectangle shape with the rainbow fill, and then distorted and changed the perspective to make it look slanted. Very simply done. Then added the light ray with a paint brush pack I have, and added small bokeh particles (also with a brush tool) to make the effect look more realistic.
Anny, could you add Preston to the "Owner of Colhen" (Owner of Colhen and Preston) line, and add Jinsei and SoaringHeights to the "Co-Mayor of" line? (Co-Mayor of America, Hawaii, SoaringHeights, and Jinsei) If the Co-Mayor line will be too long, you can leave it how it is, but I would definitely like to add Preston to the Colhen line. Thanks!
