I have plenty to do with this deal, as I know both players well.

 

You may do this so you wouldn't get banned in the other complaint. I bet the only reason you're not banned is that this complaint.

 

I believe MRGUACAMOLE is the original owner of the melon sword but will verify this with the user asap until then or until he posts his approval of the nullification of the contract here on this thread then the previous still stands and the sword is to be in the possession of either of the parties involved in the contract listed here:

excluding the user who has been removed from the agreement due to unknown reasons.

Theres a whole lot of stuff to read but I saw that we may have to make another contract but i don't think I would do that because I dont have a lot of trust with sick anyomore

MRGUACAMOLE So the melon sword is originally your sword or purchased between both users? and if you are the owriginal owner you wish to nullify the current contract and do not wish to make a new contract to share the sword as stated in this thread knowing that if the conditions laid out in the new contract if broken will result in the user being banned?:

Hi jakey Im friends with sporty on skype and sporty said that he will never post in this convo again or else it will result in a longer ban

 

So do i get to keep the melon sword for my self because the forum clearly stated that if a user breaks the contract it will result in a ban and sick only for 50k rented out the sword

 

Jakey can you please go online so that i can give you te sword till this is figured out

 

sick24 MRGUACAMOLE do you wish to have a new contract created to share the melon sword between the users knowing that a breach of the contract will result in a ban? if so please post your reply here. if you agree to create a new contract with updated details and agreement then this situation can be resolved quickly with the creation and agreement to the new contract.

 

We both owned the sword but you were not the original owner either

 

BTW i gave him the sword and its in his locked chest

sick24 MRGUACAMOLE since the current contract between you is to be nullified and you do not wish to continue to share the sword and due to the fact that you both purchased the melon sword together I see no ulternative other than the one who takes possession of the sword will have to pay back the other user either the amount of nether stars that that user collected or equivalent value.
