IGN: @Jackson_G14 Users Involved in this Contract: @Xz_Xenon_zX General Purpose of Contract: To make sure @Xz_Xenon_zX follows the rules as the co-mayor of my town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: -I agree to keep @Xz_Xenon_zX enlisted as the co-mayor of town Shadowridge in exchange for his agreement to the rules listed below: - Half of all plot sales @Xz_Xenon_zX sells must be given to me, @Jackson_G14. - If I, @Jackson_G14 , sells a plot, I am not required to pay @Xz_Xenon_zX half of the payment. - @Xz_Xenon_zX is not allowed to do LWC removals within the town of Shadowridge. - @Xz_Xenon_zX can be fired at any time if he is failing to uphold his job as co-mayor, which will make this contract irrelevant. - @Xz_Xenon_zX is required to sell at least 1 plot per week. - Plot money make throughout the week will be collected every Saturday or Sunday. - If @Xz_Xenon_zX is offline for more than 1 month, he will be removed from co-mayor. - @Xz_Xenon_zX cannot remove any people from Shadowridge, meaning myself or other residents, without proper reason. - If @Xz_Xenon_zX is to resign from the position of co-mayor, he must pay all plot money stated above prior to the weekend before. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Xz_Xenon_zX must agree to the rules stated above in order to keep his position of Co-Mayor of Shadowridge. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such. Yes, I agree
