General Purpose of Contract: To make sure @monkeyBUTT244 follows the rules as the co-mayor of my town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

-I agree to keep @monkeyBUTT244 enlisted as the co-mayor of town NeonSprings in exchange for his/her agreement to the rules listed below:

- Half of all plot sales @monkeyBUTT244 sells must be given to me, @MochoCrap
- If I, @MochoCrap , sells a plot, I am not required to pay @monkeyBUTT244 half of the payment.
- @monkeyBUTT244 is not allowed to do LWC removals within the town of Neonsprings.
- @monkeyBUTT244 can be fired at any time if /heshe is failing to uphold her job as co-mayor, which will make this contract irrelevant.
- @monkeyBUTT244 is required to sell at least 1 plot per 3.5 days.
- If @monkeyBUTT244 is offline for more than 1 month, he/she will be removed from co-mayor.
- @monkeyBUTT244 cannot remove any people from Neonsprings, meaning myself or other residents, without proper reason.
- If @monkeyBUTT244 is to resign from the position of co-mayor, /heshe must pay all plot money stated above prior to the weekend before, meaning he/she cannot sell 20k worth of plots one week and leave without paying @MochoCrap the 10k.
- If @monkeyBUTT244 breaks any of the town rules, he/she is subjected to eviction
- If @monkeyBUTT244 is removed from comayor, he/her plot will be evicted at once, unless he/she properly purchased said plot.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@monkeyBUTT244 must agree to the rules stated above in order to keep his/her position of Co-Mayor of Neonsprings.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
