General Purpose of Contract:
To provide for the safe and secure sale of the City of Lancaster to the Nation of Epicure through @Mendiboi for $1,500,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@jmichael214 will add @Mendiboi as co-owner of the following towns within 24 hours of receipt of the Payment (defined below):
Lancaster, Westcaster, Eastcaster, Southcaster, Aberdeen, Inverness, Morecambe, Fogden, Culvercity, Kittycity, Suffolk, Exeter, Durham, Albany, and Norfolk. (collectively the "City of Lancaster")

All towns are in Rising, except for Culvercity. Proof of my ownership of all named towns can be found here:

@jmichael214 will make himself available indefinitely to file, approve and/or facilitate any "original owner/legal owner" forum requests needed by @Mendiboi or his assignee (defined below).

@jmichael214 will consent to any and all town transfers/claims and/or any other method of transferring "original/legal" ownership now possible or later created, when and if filed by @Mendiboi. @jmichael214 further agrees that this "right of consent" may be assigned to any other player by @Mendiboi.

@jmichael214 agrees that with the exception of the Protected Structures (defined below), the entirety of the City of Lancaster will become property of @Mendiboi, including all properties formerly used as a home, office, or vault by @jmichael214 and all of their contents.

@jmichael214 agrees that any Protected Player (defined below) may be removed if they commit a bannable offense, and that @Mendiboi is released from his obligation below if they do so.

In the event that @jmichael214 becomes an inactive player (/seen more than 30 days), @jmichael214 hereby consents, in advance, to any and all town transfers/claims and/or any other method of transferring "original/legal" ownership now possible or later created, when and if filed by @Mendiboi. @jmichael214 further agrees that this "right of future consent" may be assigned to any other player by @Mendiboi.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY BOTH PARTIES TO THIS CONTRACT THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE TRANSFER OF ALL OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTITY KNOWN AS THE "CITY OF LANCASTER" TO @Mendiboi, WITH ONLY THE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS DESCRIBED BELOW. ANY PRESENT RETENTION OF FORMAL OWNERSHIP BY @jmichael214 IS DUE SOLELY TO THE UNMANAGEABLE COST OF 15 SIMULTANEOUS TOWN TRANSFERS.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Mendiboi agrees that he will pay @jmichael214 $1,500,000 ECD within 24 hours of approval of this contract (the "Payment").

@Mendiboi agrees that the following players are a part of Lancaster's history, and will not be removed for any reason except a bannable offense: @GStoner3 @Bashdash100 @LJKAzrael @Mission001 @Nicit6 @Samanthurr @SirChilledMrHobo @eyesee3 @physyy @skymaster200 @voltair42 @jmichael214 @Jellmo (the "Protected Players")

@Mendiboi agrees that the following Lancaster structures will remain the property of @jmichael214 indefinitely: The Indigenous Peoples of Rising Museum; Southcaster Cathedral; "6 George Street"; and the Lancaster Sign (the "Protected Structures").

@Mendiboi agrees that @jmichael214 will remain a member of Lancaster itself forever.

@Mendiboi acknowledges that the following players are tagged as participants with @Mendiboi in this purchase, and each tagged player has acknowledged that @Mendiboi may execute this contract for them all: @bobman3355 @oootopia @xerxesbeat @Riggs316 @Jffsprs @bobbysix6 (the "Epicure Members")

The Epicure Members are tagged for their information only. The signature of @Mendiboi is sufficient to execute the contract.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY BOTH PARTIES TO THIS CONTRACT THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE TRANSFER OF ALL OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTITY KNOWN AS THE "CITY OF LANCASTER" TO @Mendiboi, WITH ONLY THE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. ANY PRESENT RETENTION OF FORMAL OWNERSHIP BY @jmichael214 IS DUE SOLELY TO THE UNMANAGEABLE COST OF 15 SIMULTANEOUS TOWN TRANSFERS.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

My understanding was that @Mendiboi was giving the other players a chance to review it before signing. It is also still valid from my end.

 

I would also like the record to be clear that I did not name Kittycity. I was forced to claim it in order to expand to the north, and I have been lobbying for town name changes ever since.
