General Purpose of Contract:
Payment to @illinifan for h the safe transfer of the town 'Lombard.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @ASauerPatchKid ,agree to pay @illinifan 50k ECD as soon this contract is accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@illinifan agrees to transfer ownership of Lombard within 24 hours of @ASauerPatchKid paying @illinifan 50,000.00 ECD.

@illinifan agrees to place a town warp once the building is built, @ASauerPatchKid will supply the 50,000 ECD required, as well as a $5,000 ECD tip.

@illinifan agrees that this contract is applicable to a town transfer app that @ASauerPatchKid may file in the future if necessary

@illinifan Agrees to give @ASauerPatchKid full ownership of Lombard, in world Legacy,making this contract enough proof for a tycoon claim or a Town Transfer Application. @ASauerPatchKid is also allowed to sell the town in future times.

@illinifan agrees to add @ASauerPatchKid as an owner of Lombard and not add any other owners, Once @ASauerPatchKid added as an owner, @illinifan is to remove himself from the town's owner list.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
