This includes adding users as technical "owners" and technical "members", selling the town or doing whatever I so decide with it. @stigarose, you are missing part of the contract. What that is for... this is what @Piggytube will be doing. Since this is involving a town, you will need to state something about Piggy adding you to the town as owner and also including a time limit for that action, like "within 48 hours of this contract's approval". Is there any ecd being involved in this? If so, it needs to be stated who will be giving who what amount and by when. Remember, when doing a contract, try to be as detailed as possible and don't forget to add a deadline to actions as we can't accept any open ended contracts.
@Ladyvamptress I copied this from wiki, and I've already been made owner and he's been removed as owner. All I need is him to agree to this I believe. - this is necessary for town transfer per wiki
