General Purpose of Contract:
giving 35k to tyrany777 in return for his mayor town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
i will give 35k to tyrany77 so he can put a mayor app in a give me his town

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
He will make me owner of the town when he becomes mayo and give me full rights to the town. and he will also pay me 20k when monkeybutt244 gives him the 20k

I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
