[Forum Auction] - Spawn Statues #18 and #19

HELLO, everyone. So I bought a group of spawn statues when they came out, and I don't need them all. I already sold two, and I'm now auctioning # 18.

RULES OF THE AUCTION:

1. Minimum bid is $100,000.
2. Minimum raise is $10,000.
3. Bids are assumed to be cash up front. If you intend to do a payment plan, disclose that up front. All-cash bids will be given preference.
4. The reserve has been exceeded. The statue [statues] will sell to the [two] highest bidder.
5. Specifically, the winning bid will be the highest bid to go unanswered for 48 consecutive hours. [and the second-highest will be whichever one comes before that one].
6. Please bid only by posting here. I'm barely ever in-game anyway, lately. Thank ESO and Civ VI for that...
7. Transfer of ownership will take place within 24 hours of transfer of the winning bid to me. Spawn statues transfer by me adding you as mayor of the "town" spawnstatue18" [or "spawnstatue19"] and deleting myself. No contracts or transfer applications necessary.
8. Highest bidder gets to pick which statue they want. Second-highest bidder will be given the option of buying the other statue for the second-highest bid!

Just wanted to let you know, the bids have exceeded my "reserve" price, so the statue will sell to the highest bidder. So, the rules from now on:

1. Minimum raise still $10,000.
2. Statue will be transferred to new owner within 24 hours of transfer of funds. Transfer of a statue is as simple as adding you as an owner, and removing myself. Once I've done that, you own it absolutely, no contracts or transfer applications needed.
3. The winning bid will be whatever highest bid goes unanswered for 48 hours. So, for example, at the moment @dgam02 will win the auction, if the bid immediately above this one goes unanswered for another... 42 1/2 hours. Give or take (math is not my subject).
