In A Town Named JemJam... Are you needing a huge farm to level up your woodcutting? Need lots and lots of wood for a project? Well you're in luck! We have the solution to those needs. Come down to /warp jemjam for a HUGE spruce tree farm. The tree farm is 200x600, great for you're needs of chops and timbers! It is an endless maze of brown bark and sounds of axes chopping away at those tall, brown trees. Each perm you buy gets you access to 3 towns of dense forest! You can talk to me and/or @Glimpseseer about the town as we are the perm sellers/owners. The rules are cited below.... 1. No Disrespecting others 2. You MUST replant the farm once you are done 3. Follow the server/community rules 4.Do NOT take more axes than you really need 5. Do not change any block that isn't yours. 6. Any violation is an immediate eviction. 7. If you buy owner perms, you can only add replanters 8. Do NOT sell perms if you are holding owner perms 9. When you are done with replanters, you MUST remove them or else you get removed without refund Each perm bought is 20k unless you buy owner perms which are 30k to ONLY add members you are hiring for replanting.
