From what I can see, the only difference are the disk drive, (blu-ray AND DVDRW/CD-RW)
"3 in one media card reader"
RAM ( 1600 SDRAM, compared to 1600 RAM )
And operating systems ( windows 7 and windows 8 )

I would personally lean towards the Rb71 : D ( the first one )

This one is almost like mine except mine is a little but more customized to be better

 

Mine has been a very good computer just miner problems which were my fault it's a really good computer

 

You can also customize it to be a better gaming computer like I did mine

The cheaper one has a processor that is 0.10 ghz faster.

 

Oh also, the cheaper one supports more instruction sets in the processor (more hardware/software support) and has more usb 3.0 ports than the more expensive one.

 

The red are the main differences I found, it looks like the top one is a better buy.

 

Did you buy it already? I have some input I built my own computer and I built a $4000 computer for my friends dad which whips booty.
