I wish I saw this before I offered someone 50k to level a 200x174 town xD. I might be back here soon, requesting a land clear and tip will be about 10-20k
I'm about halfway done my current land clear job, I think, so it will be nice to have another job lined up for after that.

What I would be paid is all of the material I mine up or dig out of the space. I have two land clears on the go right now, so I'm not taking on another until one of the first two are done.

Think you can demolish all of the buldings in a 200x200 town? There aren't many and they aren't too big!
Sadly, as stone is now worthless, and is 90+% of what is mined out in a land clear I am now forced to charge for my services for all jobs accepted after 11/26/17. Pricing is as follows: Land Clear: 200x200x10: 20k + materials mined up 200x200x20: 40k + materials mined up 200x200x30: 60k + materials mined up and so on, with an increase of 20k per each 10 layers of blocks removed. (When you consider that 200x200x1 is 40k blocks, this isn't really all that expensive.) Building Demolition: Any and all building demo work will be free of labour charge, with my fee being only the materials of the building(s) torn down.
