    Ah, the home! The residence! The quarters! The living space! You know as they say, there's truly no place like home. But with our pristine craftsmanship and attention to the most impeccable of details, they'll be no place as nice as your home. Fret no longer, of the day's of being the laughingstock of your neighborhood or town or city! With our services, you'll be the bright sun, amongst a sea of dull planets!

    The Roma Model
    (the following example prices around 40-50K)

    Our base pricing, before material costs, is $15 per square meter per floor.

    We do not offer payment plans, however we do space out payments over multiple periods.

    For the Roma model, expect to pay an additional $100 per square meter per floor.

    We reserve the right to add additional fees depending on construction location, build size, etc.
    STEP 1: Planing - After we've read over your application, been given permits to your plot or land area, we began the first crucial step, planning! Here, we map out the general walls and layout with red wool, and then further the plans by adding green wool, marking where potential furniture will be placed! We move onto the next step after all client feedback has been incorporated into the build plans.

    STEP 2: Construction appraisal - After we've moved on from planning, we then begin to approximate material costs, and additional fees, before packaging it into a final payment slip, which is sent to you. It's important to note this is the only step where we can negotiate prices.

    PAYMENT #1: After step 2 is completed, we ask for you to pay for the material costs immediately, in order to expedite the construction process.

    STEP 3: Construction - After payment #1 has been completed, we begin the most crucial part: construction! We here build through phases, and it's important to us that throughout the process that you give us persistent feedback, so we can tailor the build to your exact specifications.

    PAYMENTS #2 - ?: Through each phase, we ask that you pay 10% towards base prices and towards the additional fees.

    STEP 3: Furnishing - What good is a home without any beds, furnaces, or brewing stands? This is the part where you truly step in to make your house yours. We work closely with you on this stage, to make sure you have ample storage, amenities, and importantly, comfort!

    FINAL PAYMENT: Before we hand off the house to you, we ask you to pay the remainder of the base pricing and additional fees.

    It was actually 6 houses, and you could've negotiated, there was always that chance.
