@Drewbo_ you will need to either mail the user or create a forum post asking them to remove the locks. Provide them with the coordinates/world, and give them 3 days to remove the locks. Take time stamped screenshots, and please feel free to re-file if they do not remove the locks as you've requested using the time stamped screenshots as evidence of you asking. Locked - User Active
