    8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I have contacted them about their things over 2 weeks ago. Reference forum post if necessary. I sent all member of the town an ingame message and mail over 7 days ago.

    This user was not notified properly in the thread. They weren't tagged. You will need to notify this user via in game mail giving them seven days to removed these locks. Once the time is up and the locks are still there then you can file another request with proof of notification, and we will remove the locks for you at that time.
