Well...Uhm...Oh, and we can build it for you! Here at Minestruction Incorporated, we proudly provide the highest quality houses, villas, and Peruvian upholstery shops available. Want a small house to store your items? No problem. Want a respectable abode to show off to your neighbors? Sure thing. Want a mansion that stretches to the heavens and beyond to terrorize the nation and shake the very world we mine on? Sounds reasonably good-intentioned. ​

Process for Application:​

We at Minestruction Incorporated offer two plans for Miney-Buildy Goodness: Materials Purchased (Refer to Description of Application), and Materials Provided (Refer to Description of Application). First, choose a plan in which you wish to follow. Next, READ ALL RULES AND CONDITIONS! Then fill out the respective form and post it within this thread. ONLY FULL AND CORRECT FORMS WILL BE RESPONDED TO. ​

Afterwards, allow 1 full 48-hour period for a response. If one is not received as of this time, your application has been denied due to a fault within the application. Please review and resubmit your application. If we deny your request due to other reasons, we WILL respond within the 48-hour period, so if you have not received a response, refer to the previous sentence.​

After we have received your application and accepted it, we will begin private discussion either within EcoCityCraft, Skype, TinyChat, or some other form of communication other than this thread. This thread is ONLY for applications and related materials. At this time, we shall discuss a price for the service relative to the work and difficulty of the build, and a contract will be drawn. At this time, HALF of the final price will be due prior the beginning of construction.​

After construction is finished, we will ask for the remaining HALF of the final price and then turn over the rights and lwc protections! If you chose to set a material budget, a full expenditure list will be provided before rights are moved for your convenience, as well as a general timeline of use. A receipt will be posted on the thread, as well as proof of our construction. Enjoy! ​

Description for Application:​

​

Minecraft Username: The username to which the build will be for.

Project/Build: The type of project/build being performed.

Coordinates of Buildsite: The X and Z coordinates for the plot. If not enclosed, either mark the boundaries or provide the X and Z coordinates for all 4 corners.

Have You Secured Us Rights? (Town Only): This deals with us having permission to place blocks inside the town. If you are not the owner, please ask the owner to allow for perms so that we may build within the town. Please have these secured PRIOR to filling out this form, as it is a hassle otherwise. Permissions may be revoked after the build is finished, as per the mayor's decision.
Details: This is the section in which you detail any specifics/desires you want on the property. You may be as specific or general as you like, but bear in mind we are not responsible for including/excluding additions and/or features if they are not detailed. If these details change at any time PRIOR to the build being completed, additions/subtractions are free of charge. Anything added/subtracted AFTER the build will have a surcharge added to their bill.

Materials Budget: ONLY FOR PROJECTS WHERE MATERIALS MUST BE PURCHASED BY US. This is the money you will be providing us up-front to purchase supplies with. Supplies include: Building Materials, Rights (If not priory secured), Tools, and anything else deemed necessary by us (A full list of transactions will be provided at the conclusion of the build, free of charge). It is up to you how much or how little you will offer us, and we will do our best to work with you and provide the best and cheapest materials, but we WILL NOT spend our own ECC in the end, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect us from scamming. You may at any time add/subtract from the budget unless materials have already been purchased to the point where we no longer possess budget money to subtract. All budget costs will be returned/docked from final pay and the conclusion of the build.

Time/Coordinates to Deliver Materials: ONLY FOR PROJECTS WHERE MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED. This is the supplies we will use to build the project with. Set a time and place when/where we may acquire the objects and escort them to the build site. Keep in mind, we will have sole access to the materials, and you MAY NOT recall objects. Spares will be given back at conclusion of the build.

Time Allowance: Time in which build must be done. Minimum time: 5 days.
