Why should you be a Mineyork builder: Lots of experience with modern houses design. I have been playing on a private server for over 2 years and all we build is modern houses.

That's just my hospital I know it's somewhat bad, but that's what I found in screens.

I can make another one if this one doesnt do i have larger but this took me 2 hours, if oyu want a larger one i can make it though, although this would be a good one for mineyork.
