June 15th, 2015 It seems that I have officially returned. Returned with a growing loan business, and a town that needs to be fixed. I'm in need of some sort of layout of how to make a town, because I clearly have no idea what I'm doing. My loan business is doing great, I started with 20k and have basically turned that into 100k, and soon to be 125k! I don't know when I should start taking some money out of the loan circulation to start using on myself, for things such as water or backpack or some other donation feature, or possibly start setting money aside to get star tools or President or whatnot. @TM_iBeast, Thank you ever so much for that lovely potato rating, it means the absolute WORLD to me I believe I am in the market for a new signature, so if anyone who reads this wouldn't mind making me one (for a price, of course) then mail me/pm me in game, or start a forum conversation with me! ~Monkeyz505
I would just recommend that maybe for every loan, a % of the extra gets set aside, so that your loan money increases and your savings increase.
I'm gonna go with 10% of the money obtained through loans aside for things. First thing I'll get from that is water, dangit. I need water!!

June 18th, 2015 I have FINALLY gotten all of the roads up and killed in with dirt, and the entire area surrounded by walls. My next project is going to be constructing a town pumpkin farm. No idea how tall, wide, or long it needs to be, but I want to have at least 3 floors. Even though it's going to lag my computer to the moon and back... I have done my first contracted loan ever Yay..! glad I did, because now I know what I need to fix on my pre-contract, and hopefully make this as smooth as possible. I'll be getting an extra 25k, which would put me at just about 150k. I've only had this much one other time, and that was after selling all my nether stars and then getting fly. A few things added to the list. I've added the Gem Collector Medals, and my balances, and Max Tool progress list. ~Monkeyz505
June 21st, 2015 A few changes and updates to the goals. I've added in my Trophy Goals, and organized them based on groups (posts, ratings, time on ECC, rank, etc.) and marked where I'm at in each category. I also got Unb III on my shovel, so all I have to do now it get like, you know, 9k exp Oh well. It'll just be a while. I already have about 2k or something like that, so I'm part way there. I just happen to have a lot of mining to do. I really wish I knew where to find addons for Xenoforums, because if I could I would totally suggest TABS!! For anyone who loves to format their page or have a bunch of info on one page, it basically takes all of that info and puts it into tabs, which are almost like different pages for each tab. It's great for having different sections for a post, and not having this super duper long post that no one really wants to read through to find a small bit of information. But, I have no idea where it'd be, so until then, no suggestion If anyone who actually reads the goal posts would care to share their opinion on a matter. I'm thinking of having 5 public floors of a pumpkin farm, and then having a few other floors underneath the top ones that you could rent out for a week - month or something like that. It basically ensures you'll have pumpkins to come back to when you log on. It's be like, $500 a week or something, so if you were to farm your floor 3 times, you'd make just over how much you paid for originally. I dunno. What do you think? Tell me, I'd love to hear from you. I'm also debating taking the loan money that's going to be coming in, and get another feature, like water or backpack or something, and then using whatever's left to get my loan amount back up there, as well as mining for a long time. I really feel like I need water, so that's what's tempting me. What should I do? Continue to loan out the bigger amount of money, and have a separate amount that i get from mining and farming and whatnot that I use for getting things, or should I just say screw it and get water once the loan is paid? And I would love to give a shoutout to @TM_iBeast. He supplied me with bones and pumpkin seeds for the farm, AND, earlier tonight, gave me $3,500 because I was attempting to make it to 10, but only was able to make it to 6.5k. tmi <3
June 27th, 2015 I am on my way to Michigan, and I do not like these long car rides. They smell, there's two babies, and my mom freaks out over bridges and semis. I can't wait for this car ride to be over.. However when I get back, I have an entire week of nothing!! I was scammed for the first time this go around of loans, I lost 10k. But hopefully he appeals so we can move past this. I've also added mcmmo goals, I hope to get them maxed out with no donation help. Also, I have all the plots in my town removed and the wall up, now I'm ready to lay them all out again I'm working on getting my pumpkin farm built, but the one thing holding me back is glowstone... I need glowstone for the farm, and also for the plots, and for just about every other little thing. Very irritating. I also now have a max shovel, muahahahahaha... I'm pretty sure we're going up toward Iron Mountain area, however I'm not sure I think I know what you're talking about with the mcmmo, the power level, right? There's 11 different categories, each going up to 2000, equaling a power level of 22000

July 5th, 2015 Wow, okay. So many things have happened. First of all, I have possession of a second town, Shadowville. I plan on turning this into a big cocoa farm, as long as it isn't nerfed... But that conversion won't happen for a while. Right now I'm focusing on finishing the pumpkin farm, then I'm going to move on towards getting UnlimitedLWC. It's going to take a while, but I think I can get this farm fully built before the end of July. Also, I have a new Max Silk Pick!! Next max tool in a silk axe. And this is the best thing of all. I now have water!! Bought from @Jobin_Whiffer1 while it was on sale, I spent $72,000, saving me $18,000. This is great, it means I'm already a bit towards getting UnlimitedLWC. I need to get some LWC's removed from Shadowville, but I don't know how to do that seeing how I don't know where the original town app is. That's 4 signs and a door that needs to be unlocked. I have a job interview on the 7th, hopefully I gt the job and can start putting money aside to buy features myself, maybe like $15-25 a paycheck. This will probably how I get investigator, because I don't know if there are people out there willing to spend $100 on someone else.. Who knows. Maybe I'll buy that with ECD. But yeah. Possible job. Oh, by the way. Backpack is kind of useless if you have multihome and /back. You can set a home at chests, /home chests, dump inve, and type /back and never lose your spot. The only time Backpack is useful is if you buy like 4 or 5 at once.
August 10th, 2015 Okay, so, my computer decided to stop working for a bit, but now it's up and working again. And yesterday, I decided I was going to start working at UnlimitedLWC. Well, I get to about 10k and stop for the day. And I was going at it again today. @TM_iBeast messages me and asks what I'm up to and how I've been and all. I say I'm working towards Unlimited LWC, and at around 15k. So, after a brief period of awkward silence and no reply from him, I get a chat alert that says my buycraft donation has gone through. TURNS OUT this lovely fellow went and bought it for me. Completely made my day. I had the biggest smile on my face. However, now that I have that, I started to work on my town. I needed some ideas for how to make my portal room, and @Free_Moon shows me his quartz portal room (which is a spectacular and very expensive room) and then his dark oak storage room, which was also a nice build. So, being the indecisive person I am, I decided to just combine the two. It looks okay, but it's not all that elegant. Now It's time to lay out where all the plots will be going, laying that out, placing the road, putting natural decor everywhere, and get a portal, and the town is officially done. I think I'm going to throw a shop in there as well, and if I can thing of anything else I might need, then I can always throw it in there. I should be starting my job soon. I've been hired by a place called Pita Pit. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, it's like a Greek Jimmy John's (which is a sandwich delivery thing). I get 8.75 starting out, and after 90 days, I get possibly a $0.25 raise. So I'm going to be taking like, $10 every paycheck and putting it towards features, meaning one every 2-4 months. Not the quickest thing in the world, but I mean, I don't really need to waste all my money on ECC. I mean, I have to save for moving out, dates, random hunger strikes at midnight.. the usual. I also start SCHOOL on the 13th. OH school... ruining the summer fun and brain dulling from doing nothing all day. *le sigh* I only have 5 classes this year, and 2 of them are interesting. One I'm away from the actual school building for half the day!I'm pretty much going to be learning all about computers and stuff, and then if I can get something teach with, start learning software coding. August 26th, 2015 Well, it's been a while. I've been working a lot on my town, and it's already began to become populated. I have had a few apartment residents, and I have 2 plots bought. I've also built a little fishing area, which has a lift down to where some fishing towners are. That room took a day in itself just to mine out, I've yet to actually finish the room! I'm in the process of building a shop for the town, which means I have to actually find some resources to sell Just a little bit left, and my town should be complete. I also plan to begin working at getting the /back feature, for it is next on the list of things I plan on doing. I would like to get it before the end of August, but with the way I seem to make money, I doubt it'll happen until the middle of September. LOL I had written this whole long list of things to do to reach the top, and so far I'm falling behind. After I get this shop and town built, it'll be time to start working on getting FLY! Oh boy.. That's the only thing I have planned to work on throughout September, too.. I have no idea what I'll have done by the end of the year. I'll be lucky if I even get a portal, which I start work on after I get /fly. After that, it's the warp, then the USE tag, then multihome+. That's all I plan on doing from now until December 31st. August 29th, 2015 Well I just seem to keep coming up with newer ideas to add to the town. First the shop, then the fishing pond, and now a sort of graveyard thing. Basically, it shows who's ever lived on a plot in my town once they're gone. Seemed creative and cool and a good spot filler at the time. I dunno, we'll see how things go down. My little town is growing, as well. I have 7 people with plots, and 4 people in my apartment. One of my favorite residents has got to be @MINERSYFER123 , hands down. She treats me with the utmost respect, and it's really confusing but nice. Also, @TM_iBeast was given co-mayor, because of his mass amount of contribution to the town in itself. I have one more area of plots to lay out. and then I'll be done with laying those out. Then I can focus all my time and energy to getting /back Currently I have a loan out that I'm pretty sure will go well, which will put me up to 65k. I'll need around 25k more before I start looking to get /back from someone. But I don't think I'll be getting any features for a bit due to the server shop paypal thing that's causing August to be an entire sale month. Hopefully things pull through, because I really want to be getting more features. But if that doesn't work out, then I'll have a butt ton of cash for when the shop is back up > ~Monkeyz505
