It don't seem that you have people agreeing not to destroy the stems of plants, and have it as ok to grief plants in the farm. May I suggest adding in that they can only destroy pumpkin and melons themselves and not the stems of the plants? Otherwise you could end up with some one destroying the stems and there is nothing you could do about it.
