Here comes my internet speed:

 

The laws of Physics don't forbid it, if the server you are pinging to is at less than 150km.
However, technologically speaking, I've never seen such a thing, ever.

 

Got an 11 ms ping, but download and upload were 4.85 and 4.22 respectively.
I didn't use the normal result displayer because it would have given out my relative location :3
