Very Interesting Question. I personally go down blue, because there are 4 really good shops right at the start of blue. On the Red Side, the starting stores are mediocre at best. It's sort of funny how much the entrance stores dictate my choice in sides. Shame, because I'm sure there are some good stores on the red side.
