Users involved in this contract (IGN's are the same as Forum usernames): @MinecraftCking9 = Loanee @theYuniverse = Loaner The main purpose of this contract is to signify and re assure the loaner that the loanee will fulfil the following: The Loanee will use the Efficiency 7 Pickaxe is until 12 pm BST. The Loanee will then give the pickaxe back to the Loaner by putting it in a chest only the Loanee and Loaner can access before 12:30 pm BST. The chest is the same chest where the Loanee got the pickaxe from initially. This is in rising at /warp montecarlo at coordinates -3638 64 7513 The Loanee will not lose, give away or sell the pickaxe. The Loanee will aim to get enchanted repairs for the pickaxe. The Loanee agrees to pay another 20,000 EcoDollars if the Loaner doesn't find the pickaxe in the chest, however, the chest must be locked to only the Loaner and Loanee to access it. The Loanee will pay 20,000 EcoDollars up front for the loan. The Loaner will fulfil the following: The Loaner will give the Loanee the Efficiency 7 pickaxe before 19:30 BST. If the eff7 breaks or gets lost then the Loanee will pay the Loaner 1.2 million ecodollars or provide another eff7. The eff7 is to be taken from the chest at 19:30 BST by @MinecraftCking9. The eff7 is to be put back in the chest at 12:01 pm to 12:30 pm by @MinecraftCking9. Do you @theYuniverse agree to the above terms?

@MinecraftCking9 please state when the transfer will take place in accordance with the approval of this contract, and state any late fees or punishments if the eff7 pick is to be lost/broken (if you wish to). @theYuniverse you will have to re accept after these changes have been made

You also need to include the date. 12 pm BST could be 12 pm of some day in 2025. you could say "the loanee will use the tool until 12pm BST the day following the approval of this contract" or "the loanee will use the tool until 12pm BST august 17th"
@MinecraftCking9 you still need to state the date of when they will take the pick at 19:30 BST @theYuniverse will need to reagree to the terms after they have been changed
