Just because investments say they're risk free doesn't mean they actually are. I'd say this simply more transparent than the rest, in this regard.
How we allocate percentages: Suppose we have two investors, Notch and Jeb. Notch has invested 70k, Jeb has invested 30k. A loan comes back with 10k interest. Notch recieves 7k (his 70% of the investments.) Jeb recieves 3k (his 30%)
To be honest... to have a good investment company, don't start with less than like... 100k just so you have enough to cover scams and losses. One must consider his coverage on his own assests before taking a risk.
