Update: @steveshizzle is banned from the town. Since I will be on soon and be able to do the apartments, the town should increase in size.

This town has been dormant for a while. Please note the following: We will be getting a NEW CASINO BUILDING! This casino will cost 20k to buy perms, and 50k to be able to sell perms to other people. There will be a tramway between the town hall and the casino. Watch this space!
