I had a discussion in game with @oootopia for a while and we discussed the sale and everything so as soon as she has the money for the downpayment she is going to buy it.
Pretty excited I think I may be ready to do so tomorrow and thanks for holdin'. Even got a new comp so epicure doesn't explode my computer.
