-UPDATE- November 16 Massive Las Sendas spawn renovation has occured. Everything is being torn down and rebuilt. New features will include a large 30x40x10-20 farm, buy and sell shops, a public fishing pond, town notice board, resident-only town features room (warp to farm, cooking pot, etc), and a nightclub. Las Sendas, however, is still open. As of now, there is one occupied residence, one spec home under construction, and three move-in ready spec homes discounted anywhere from 1-2k less than their original price. There are seven lots left in Phase One. Lately, there have been many debates among me and the two Avaina Homes advisors about the futures of some options to the plans. We are thinking of discontinuing Elevation G, for one. Also, many new options will be added over the next two or three weeks. Finally, landscaping in front yards will now be standard with the purchase of an Avaina Home. Any existing home, including any occupied home, will be landscaped over the next few weeks. Any existing residents (scotalot100) will have a major say in the design of their front yard. Back yard landscaping is still optional, though strongly recommended. -UPDATE- December 8 Back from a brief inactivity. All Las Sendas projects are now back on my schedule. On December 24 and 25, as well as December 31 and January 1, there will be holiday incentives! Check back for more info!
-UPDATE- December 13 Elevation G (stone brick) is gone. Plan 6's facade will be redone soon. Those stupid gates are gone! After much deliberation (scotalot and missusboss deciding to remove them as soon as I told them), I broke them and replaced them with signs telling you you are leaving Las Sendas. There is a $1500 dollar incentive (like a gift certificate) for the next week. Also, new holiday incentives coming soon. Model home renovations are under way. Some new options will be showcased, as well as interior decorating and landscaping. Spec homes will be landscaped and (maybe) furnished as well. There are now donation chests at the Las Sendas spawn. Please insert items to help build houses in Las Sendas, or donate money if you like.

Spec 1-1-14 is now complete! Check it out by taking the Lassendas portal (Lassendgate) on Floor 3, Red Line, Sandstone section, then take an immediate right and leave the model home park. The spec is the white wool house just past Central Avenue.
-UPDATE- January 4 Happy New Year! There are 2 new spec homes on the market, a Plan 1 and a Plan 3. Landscaping has been postponed for a week or two.
-UPDATE- January 26 Some minor repairs done to the new Plan 3 prebuilt due to the previous owner. Landscaping is right around the corner! I know it's taking a while but it will be done soon. Parks are coming to Las Sendas! More information soon! Phase 2 of Las Sendas is approaching fast! 1-2 new prebuilts planned and will be constructed soon!
