Love the interior work done by sparkly, she always does what the customer wants, and is lenient on changes, i would recommend sparkly any day to build you're house and do the inside of it, the prices are great and 100% worth it. Sparkly always has it done on time and provides the best quality hope you chose s&p building to do you're interior and exterior.
I will have to double check, but I am pretty sure at least a 50x50 plot would be good. I will get back to you just in case I am wrong.

But I am flexible depending on any issues you run into. Any details?:I have lots of details, (There are a lot of "I want"s. Everything is subject to change based on your creative control. I am willing to work with you if you feel something doesn't work, or would look better another way.) I will try to explain most here. I will use the side that the sun rises on as East in these directions. I have 2 towns: A desert town in the north with one entrance/doorway in the middle and a forest town in the south with 2 entrances spaced evenly. The two sides (East & West) are blocked off by beaches and oceans. So the middle area is a contained area approx, 220 across and 25 wide. I want the main path to be gravel (if possible) stone if not. I want the main path to connect all 3 entrances. How it winds is up to you. I want a viewing area (beach like) on the West side as it will face my future farm town. The path that leads to this area will start off as gravel as it leads off the main path, then turn into birchwood as it turns into a beach theme. Maybe a bridge entrance? If you make trees, I want no more than 6 normal sized oaks in the whole area. Small shrubs are ok. I just don't want to take away from the size of the jungle trees in the south. I want there to be plenty of grass, flowers, and benches. Again how it looks it completely up to you. On the East side, I have no idea. I want it to be open, but I don't want people 'heading off to explore' in that direction. Maybe a small detour path around a small fountain or something? Something that loops back to the park area. Nothing that leads to the ocean directly. It is a short subway ride (to my town) and a wooden path walk (through the entire town) to the working area. If you have multihome, then you would only have to make this trip once.If you have TP I can make a temporary warp sign.If you need me to make a closer portal, I can apply for a temporary one.Just let me know which is easiest for you so I can fill out the right app. There is no timeframe on accepting this app, or getting the job done. The space has sat there for 6 months and can sit for a few more.
