CT means cat time. Cats worldwide have been synchronized on their own clock and often behave in similar patterns because of this. Have you ever wondered why TV shows are listed as "10/9C" here in the states? It's because all humans view the show at 10 but cats are able to view it at 9 because their time has proven to be more effective and therefore privileges them with watching TV an hour earlier.
