I agree with mission on how the exp could be spent. But +1, Hope to see this implemented in the near future

You're proposing to increase the amount of EXP earned in some areas which is counterproductive to reviving the market though. We really shouldn't be increasing supply when we want to stimulate the market.
I also proposed ways to limit it. If most of the exp could come from spawners, players could farm them, to get more exp, then go on a hunt to destroy them to bump the price of exp. I just think it would be good if players could change the cost of exp by eliminating others sources.
