wait to clarify here, Mendi hackney is proposing digging up sections of mir's roads, inside the town and that could upset the theme that mir will have gained via the renovation. i am considering a alternative plan that will suit both partys, Hackney and Mir's pending beauty. I will be leaving for holidays for 2 weeks in 3 days time so all this has come at a rather awkward time.

It has already been established that Mir is no longer part of Scarborough. Period. We do not owe you anything whatsoever unless a contract was made during the past partnership of Mir with Scarborough, which, in my knowledge, is inexistent. Therefore, please do stop trying to make Mir join. Scarborough sees Mir's upcoming potential and capital and is just desperately hungry for it (at least that is what is being portrayed). I had already read about your treaty before my previous message. My point basically is that Mir does not want and will not be involved in any of this any further. Just let it go. This isn't like countries in real life or something. @soyuzpixel anything to add or edit?
