FEATURES Each cocoa farm comes with platforms for easy replanting, a water dispensing system and a cocoa plant gathering system at the bottom. This means that the harvested cocoa gathers at one point at the base of the farm for easy collection! If you are not online when I am done with the farm, you will pay a sign that is on the side of the farm, just above the entrance to the cocoa farm collection area. I am willing to receive payment on a plan with a time-limit of max. 2 weeks. HOW IT WORKS You fill out an application for where you want a cocoa farm to be built. I then require you to pay me the materials cost so I can build the cocoa farm. Cocoa farm building can take from 1 - 7 days. Yes, you can find natural cocoa in a jungle. You can play cocoa anywhere, as long as it's on a jungle log.
How much for just the water harvesting part of a cocoa farm? I use a tremendous amount of concrete in my builds and it's really annoying to constantly pick up and replace water buckets. I have an idea to use the water mechanism from a cocoa farm to wet one side of a bunch of concrete powder dropped from a platform, then tear it down layer by layer to the ground. Thanks!
Right, so I can't give you a quote straight away because I'd have to see the material cost + plan the most efficient way to harvest the concrete, since by breaking it with a pickaxe, some of it could fall where it's hard to pick up. Meet me in-game so I could plan it out.

If you go to the warp and walk out to your right, there is a 20x20 area for the cocoa farm and use all of the 20 long space inside.
