What are you looking for (condo/pre-built home): Either 7 Thunder Rd (bre built for 5k) or 9 Thunder Rd depending on the price of 9 thunder (how much is it?)

If pre-built, which address are you interested in: 7 or 9 Thunder Rd (though willing to negotiate, as I see several people want that lot.)

How much do the lots cost? Also, how long has the town been here for? is it stable? I'd like to talk regarding it.

 

I don't mind discussing tonight, but would rather an active city - by the sounds of not selling plots, seems quite stagnant. All too often my house has been swallowed up by someone else buying the city.
