I'm sorry for posting, but, earlier today, I saw Conferateboys buy 667 tickets in a big lotto. That may have been the money from your eff7 from he selling it. Just saying some information for will_the_warrior

 

In all fairness to Addswerzxc, Will_the_warrior was asking addswerzxc for the 650k but addswerzxc did not have the funds. Will_the_warrior never asked Conferateboys for the funds...

 

Those two are teamed, they know damn well what they were doing.
I've worked with them in the past (disgraced to have been partners now) and they set will up.

 

@will_the_warrior i do work with them all the time E-rep, plots, Loans, never once have i been scammed.

 

Addserzx could have been throwing it at the exact moment when ConferateBoys flew behind will. To save Conferate from receiving the EFF 7 pick Addswerxz turned at the last second and it dropped. Than probably what happend is Conferate bolted down to steal what was not rightfully his. I would say that Addserzx is innocent, therefor as attempting to save it and had no choice but to drop it after he has already pressed the drop key. Otherwise Conferate was fully guilty as he jumped down to get the eff7 when he KNEW that it was a Repair.

Sorry Conferate but i have to do whats right.

This is obviously a trick... Addswerzxc obviously was not trying to convince ConferateBoys to give the pick back... It is obvious that they had the intent of stealing it because adds tpe'd conferate there then threw the pick to him. Also I believe that if you make an agreement to do an e-repair and the person fails to return in to you, it is 100% their fault.. Either way you look at it they did not plan this well as one of them will be banned if the pick is not returned. Just wanted to point that out, did not know if my input is needed here though.

 

Pleas excuse my transgression of posting here staff, but mgninja, are you in ANY position to make a ruling here, no, you're not, especially since your reasoning behind it is an extremely unlikely hypothesis based on NO facts

Leave the complaints to staff, who will actually investigate, as opposed of blindly convicting people who could be entirely innocent.

Master once again, you know nothing. all prime examples of why you shouldn't post where you aren't suppose to.

Ok now for my side of this. Yes I tp'd Will to me for the E-Repair. Yes I gave the E repair, now this is where basically it all went to hell. I saw that Conferate was behind him, I never looked at the Enchants of the pick or anything, I simply looked to the side (Since confer was behind hin and didn't want him taking) and threw the pick, Now I realise this was stupid, because at the time I completly forgot where we were (On a roof) as I was flying above when I did the tp and just dropped from that location to do the Rep. Now the Pick was thrown yes and it slid down the Roof. Yes I know it was stupid on my behalf, this was for Will to pick up and be on his was without conferate interfering. But, ofc we were on a roof so it slide. Then that's when Conferate took the pick. Now If this was a scam (IT WAS NOT) Do you think that I would instantly ask confer to give him the pick? really... think about that. It wasn't until after will said it was Eff 7 that I really clued in and figured I should really try to get it back from Confer before this little event happens. This is where it became out of hand. Confer just became so dense and wouldn't listen/respond. He simply didn't care. I did my E-Rep and put it on the ground for Will to take, If will had thrown it to me and Confer got it then It would be Confer's fault. I think this should apply here. Confer has the pick to my knowledge, he hasn't sold and as all of you said above with the money and lottery/tool buying, that was all ahead of this event.

Will, personally i would like to appolgise, I did the E-rep like you asked, I never mean't for this to happen, Itwas stupid for me to do that on a roof.... I'm still regreting it, I know how you feel I'm in the middle of scams aswell, I wished no wrong doing by this. Let me make this real clear. Confer has the pick, somewhere, It is up to him at this point to return it on my behalf, if he wants to be stuck up and a moron. I will accept the blame, take the ban, and wish you all the best in the Future. Will I hope you can understand, This was never mean't to go down like this. Truely, I am Sorry.

Anyways my opinion is that Add and Conferate are both in wrong, and I both think they should just fess up and make good with this.

Also, this is the reason we have logs on our beautiful server. I believe only time will tell.
