Are you able to pay any of the money upfront/Do you have any star tools?
If you do I may be able to consider 3 months.

I paid you $1,000,000 ECD + a star Axe upfront. ($1,600,000)
I am asking you to pay only $1,600,000, the amount in which I paid upfront.

I am just wondering if perhaps a further time allowance for my current debt would be a more appropriate idea than Oxwood taking ownership of the spawnshop and having to pay a further amount.

Do you have opinion on this @oxwood2 ?

 

Unless the payments are of a low amount I don't think I'd be able to do weekly payments.
I'd probably sell something to get the money at some point if we were to do that.

I would be willing to agree to those terms if you were to give me a further 12 weeks from now to complete the payment.
