I see one very easy way to settle this based on the following things:
- @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N has found a new place to settle into
- @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N has paid 7,000 ECD to @kevinwelch2001
@kevinwelch2001 you will pay @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N the 7,000 ECD - a refund, he has 24 hours to do so if he has the money. In the event that @kevinwelch2001 doesn't have the money he will notify me of this in the complaint and I will work out a reasonable time frame him for him to gather the funds and pay it to @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N.
@kevinwelch2001 you have 24 hours to update me on this.

@265 FYI kevinwelch2001 has a plot in one of my towns and told me a couple of days ago he is away for all of this month. He may not have access to answer you within the 24 hours.

 

I'm on vacation I can't transfer any money..... When I get home I can refund him on the 18th, also what if I can prove with a witness that he was not "modifying the house" and he was actually griefing it while knowing it was resold to another user

 

On the day that the griefing took place I had no idea then I got a message in game from @DrowningInPizza saying a user is really angry because I resold the house to another player so I told @DrowningInPizza exactly what happened, when I went to check up on the house the whole building was destroyed and @DrowningInPizza came and saw it was you so @DrowningInPizza told me I have to file a grief report, you getting banned was not my fault it was yours you could have not touched the house and wait to figure out what was going on, however while knowing the house was in someone else's hands you still decided to tear down the building, I think @DrowningInPizza can back this up since she was there with me during that time and told me what to do.

 

I'll Also point out that I discovered the destroyed building aproxemintly 7 hours after it was destroyed(@XR4V3N0USXD3M0N was off for about 7 hours so I'm assuming he broke it then logged off, but talked to @DrowningInPizza before he destroyed it)

My point being I will refund it however he will have to fix the house

 

Also @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N I'm not being shady I have stated 100% I will refund you and I've stated that many times I even have you a deal where I would 1.refund 10k instead of 7k 2.give you a house that is to equal value
In the terms that you just fix the griefed house. I have offered way more than you have wanted but you decided not to take 10k and a house to equal value. Simply because you can't handle waiting a couple of days.

 

And before I go @265 if I pay back the money I owe him doesn't he have to fix the house since He destroyed it, if he doesn't then wouldn't me placing another grief report be valid since he destroyed it and does not own the place anymore.

 

I didn't realise he destroyed the plot, but if it was his plot wouldn't he have the right to do that?
A grief report is what you should be filing here.

 

@265 I have filed a report before he had been banned then he got his appeal, at this time it may still be his property since what I did was not following rules but when he destroyed the whole plot he had already prior to that know that another user bought the place.

 

When I resold the house I thought that I had access to evict players too so everything was legal in my mind however you have to be the mayor of the town to evict players and I was not(my bad) if I was the mayor in the town then everything I did would have been following the rules, @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N knew 100% that he should wait and talk to me about the situation because he saw a new payment sign and the plot name changed to someone else's, he even complained to @DrowningInPizza after he complained he griefed the place.

 

So if I did refund him the other user who owns it will have a griefed plot they paid 7k for, and @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N has stated he is unlikely to fix anything

 

When he destroyed the plot he knew that another user had bought the place? This is the issue, he was already banned for griefing, he doesn't have to fix anything, and unless you manage to produce that eviction notice with timestamps you owe him 7,000 ECD within 24 hours of my last post, because if we accomplish the following things:
- The 7k refund
- @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N getting out of your hair
Then we'll have a mutual result, everyone wins.
If you're unable to get online or to produce the money then there will be consequences. If you're worried about the user having a griefed plot, then I'm happy to offer assistance in rebuilding it.

 

@265 well I'm on vacation there are no computers in sight at all, I don't know how you assume I can log on and give the refund, your post above states I can have a more reasonable time frame, I will not be home until the 18th and that's when I can pay

 

Also can you explain to me why he is unbanned if at the time he knew another user had bought the place prior to @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N griefing it
