@OlympiansAreGods it was still my house at the time he owed me money for it to be his. I know I am not a owner however I at the time still owned the house since it was not being paid off, I'm not the bad guy here I feel like you are attacking me, I simply bought a house the user wanted a payment plan so I agreed, correct me if I'm wrong but I own the house until it is paid off I simply let @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N stay there until he paid off the house and it became his.

 

@OlympiansAreGods @265 @apple_pro also I have bought roughly 150to 200k worth of plots in your town if you do evict can I please have my money back.

 

@OlympiansAreGods please inform me what town rules I have broke.

I still owned the house it would have been his if he paid it off

 

The fact is everyone thinks he owned it he would have if he paid off the payment plan in time I don't see why this is a problem at all it was still my asset and he destroyed it when I sold it to another player, it was always my house and like I've said you have to pay the full price to own something right? He did not pay at all for days straight so I simply resold it after three days of me waiting for a response from him after I sent the /mail

 

You do not have to pay him anything.

I want you refund @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N his 7,000 ECD by March 22nd at 12am EST, meaning you come back on the 18th and have until the 22nd to raise the funds. Are you comfortable with this time frame (You can literally just vote a few times and get the money this way)?

 

@OlympiansAreGods do you have proof he paid in full, number two It was still my house he was paying on a plan it would have been his if he paid off, and of course there was a sign there that would have been his however I removed it after telling him with /mail that I was taking back the house and selling it to someone else. Please tell me what I have lied about

However my eviction from foix seems very unfair I have donated 200$cad to this server so there would be no reason for me to scam anyone here, Olympians eviction is based off of what he believed had happened

 

Evictions don't need reasoning, as long as a 3 day notice is given, they're legal.
