Thank you for filing this complaint. The first screenshot shows no rules broken. The rules about "English only in Global" were changed to be less strict as per this suggestion. He was warned for the second and third screenshot in chat. But even so, @matrix_rep you should know better than to blatantly break chat rules like that. The staff team have observed that you seem to spam trade chat with powertools and break other chat rules on a regular basis. Please note that your next chat offense (particularly in relation to ads) will result in an immediate /warn. Please do not let me see this kind of thing again. Locked - Handled In-Game
