@juzt4me you are not a builder, you are a resident rank. For an apartment, it will cost $300 a month. Is this what you want or would you rather just buy a plot where you pay a one time fee of $1,000-$3,000 (depending on plot size) and the plot is yours unless you break the town rules? Either way, I'll need the payment before I can accept and add you to town.

~*Update*~ New rule added, rule #13. 13. Do NOT build on or remove the plot markers around your plot. I don't mind a fence or some leaves running on it to make your plot look more pleasing, but that's it. Not that I've had a problem with this, but just trying to work in everything 'wrong' a person can do to the town.
