    Tokyo Ghoul Root A : 8/10
Genre - Horror, Mystery, Dark Fantasy, Action
Great (original) storyline, awesome alternative to the manga. Good sequel to the original series (9/10). This anime isn't all about action like most of the mainstream anime, but more about character and plot development. If you're fine with blood and gore, then I strongly recommend watching this anime / reading this manga
Some downsides to this anime are that things aren't explained well, and you're sometimes left in the dark unless you're a manga reader. Once you finish watching both seasons (Last episode of season 2 comes out in a couple of days) make sure to actually read the manga along with Tokyo Ghoul : Re. They will show you a whole new light on the series, as it explains things 10x better, you'll actually know whats going on. But overall, you get the feel of the anime, even if you haven't read the manga. As I said, great anime, good feels to it.

    Description :
In modern day Tokyo, society lives in fear of Ghouls: mysterious creatures who look exactly like humans -- yet hunger insatiably for their flesh. None of this matters to Ken Kaneki, a bookish and ordinary young man, until a dark and violent encounter turns him into the first ever Ghoul-human half breed. Trapped between two worlds, Ken must survive the violent conflicts of warring Ghoul factions, while attempting to learn more about Ghoul society, his newfound powers, and the fine line between man and monster.

    I second Tokyo Ghoul, I rate it 10/10 for season 1 and 2 :D
You can feel the protagonist pain and sorrow.
I usually watch my anime on Animeultima.tv

    Tokyo Ghoul :
The suspense horror/dark fantasy story is set in Tokyo, which is haunted by mysterious "ghouls" who are devouring humans. People are gripped by the fear of these ghouls whose identities are masked in mystery. An ordinary college student named Kaneki encounters Rize, a girl who is an avid reader like him, at the café he frequents. Little does he realize that his fate will change overnight.

An anime thread. I can post here. Woooo. (Only one for now)

    R - 17+
Kara no Kyoukai: Garden of Sinners - [10/10]

The only series I'd rate this highly. - A series of nine movies, (Seven, an epilogue, and one containing two side-stories). These were produced to be shown in a theater, and are some of the most visually and aurally the most beautiful anime(s) I have had the pleasure of hearing and seeing. While the movies have mature themes, none of them feel forced, and all fit into the story as a whole.

    Genre(s): Action, Mystery, Thriller, Supernatural.

As they are movies, each has its own synopsis. Instead, here is an overarching story.
Mikiya Kokuto becomes intrigued by the mysterious series of violent deaths occurring in his town and Shiki Ryōgi, a beautiful but unsociable girl. As he tries to become closer to Shiki, he realizes that Shiki is connected to the mysterious deaths and that the supernatural forces involved with both could kill him. It is revealed that in Shiki's family, certain members of her family possess two distinct personalities, both aware and conscious of one another, but possessing different qualities. The dual consciousness, and Shiki's upbringing as a demon hunter, has caused her to reject other human beings.

However, upon meeting Mikiya, she gradually finds happiness through their relationship and a schism develops between her two personalities. As a result, she winds up in a traffic accident and is left in a coma for two years. When she awakens, she finds herself unable to connect her past memories to her current identity. Reunited with Mikiya, now employed as an investigator for Touko Aozaki, Shiki assists Touko's detective agency, Garan no Dou, whenever combat is required, while struggling to come to terms with her identity.

    Score/Review broken down.
    Writing: 10/10

This section, despite the perfect score, will mention the only con to the series. This series release order differs from the chronological order. This can be confusing, and you shouldn't watch it unless you are planning to give the movie your attention, and not use it as background noise for something else. Each main and side character is an actual character. They have a personality, a past, and motive for what they are doing. Even if it isn't clear at every given moment. There are no characters there just to fill a spot.

    Visuals: 10/10

Eyegasm? Yeah, eyegasm. If I'm not permitted to use that term, let me know and I'll remove it. That said, I don't know of a string of words, made up or otherwise, that can describe how beautiful this series is. You'll find I say this about most series animated by Ufotable, but... Torrent this, don't watch it in low quality on some streaming website. A website could never truly let you witness how glorious this is.

Below is a PV for the side-story movie, keep in mind that at highest quality is 720p, a torrent will look even better.

    Sound: 10/10
    Just, here.
The music is the product of Yuki Kajiura and the members of Kalafina that she assembled FOR THESE MOVIES, and who went on to become extremely popular, branching out to other series, despite that not having been the plan.

Where the voice acting is concerned, every voice matches the person who speaks it. There are no voices that grate at the ears annoyingly. As a bonus, there always seems to be the correct amount of emotion present in a voice, or lack thereof if a situation calls for it.

    Enjoyment: 10/10

This is the category that each person would probably rate significantly different. For some people the way the movies play out is too strange, and find they can't watch it. For others, the blood or adult themes may be a turn off. It's a category based solely on opinion.

    Review #2

El Cazador de la Bruja - [7/10]

    Genre(s): Adventure, Mystery, Drama

Bee Train released three anime that were spiritual siblings of each other. Madlax, Noir, and this. Of the three this is my favorite, though I would suggest all of them.

The anime focuses on two characters. Nadie, the Bounty Hunter and Ellis the Witch. There is a story to the series, though it tends to be a bit weak at times. Fortunately the most important aspect of the series is the relationship between the Hunter and the Witch. It is very much a series that you will either love or hate. Not many people fall in the middle-ground.

The series doesn't feel rushed, and you get a satisfying ending that doesn't leave any threads hanging.

The downside is that the art and animation isn't the best. The music though, it is wonderful!
