    Meg I don't mean to offend anyone but this situation is ABOUT cookie. Why would he be one to handle it. Hes already jailed and muted me on the servers I play on for 10 years. All hes gonna do is say "Case closed" And go back to life.

    That is precisely why I wanted to get Nick involved. Nick would be the "other, more neutral staff" I was talking about. Please be patient so he has a chance to respond.

    @tristins , this is not the first time that I have seen you here. This is also not the first time that I have seen you disrespect the server or another staff member. We take log to everything that a player has said breaking the rules or something disrespectful towards other players or staff members. No need for all the arguing that you have been doing this whole appeal, and don't say that you were not arguing because it was clear that you were.

    How about pass this point we don't point fingers at people, and we don't disrespect or be rude anymore. Explain to us the full situation keeping calm the whole time, and talking like adults more then children complaining about others.

    What happened to the point where you were jailed or banned? Keep yourself calm, and explain the whole situation truthfully, and without disrespecting anyone. @aCookieGod will also have a word in this since he was the main person in the whole thing.

    Once you have done your full explanation, please tell me why we should give you another chance to play on AEM, and why do you feel that we can trust you to behave the way you should & how can you prevent yourself from being back to this situation on a ban appeal. After you have done this we can discuss what continues next.

    You can call me a crap staff member all you want, all I know is that's not really how it happened. Me getting angry over a simple question? You told me to 'stfu' multiple times, and constantly kept accusing me for using a hacked client, auto-armor. I sent a photo of my mods, and you claimed that I changed the name of my auto-armor mod to something else.

    Like nick_godoy mentioned, we keep track of what every single player does. Whatever rule they break, or whatever you say would be kept in your history. Having more than one page is enough, causing more pain is just piling up your account. If all you're doing is causing drama and pain for staff members to deal with consistently, I think it's best to keep you banned from the whole network.

    Since bans were broken, I had no other choice than to jail and mute you from the server. It's not considered abasing if I had no other choice. I personally think your attitude in this situation is terrible, and won't get you unbanned.

    Also there may be some spelling and grammar mistakes here and there since I'm on my phone, and it's really late.

    Okay, so, I went to warp pvp with creepermeeper123 and he took on jbroom and danny and i was fight acookie. I swore i seen Auto Armor and told him he had it then he started asking me if i wanted SS's? I said sure and told him what to take of then i logged out to go do something and came back to everyone talking about how im getting banned and can i have you're stuff. I didnt know what was going on ten i got tpd to jail. I then sat there as people mocked me such as PndHenry and others then swicthed to kitpvp to have some fun. But not he brought his squad there to then tpd me to jail. Now im muted and jailed for 10Years.

    You should give me another chance because i really like AEM as a server to play and have fun on and dont think this incident should get in the way of that. I want to continue supporting the server and donate more but i cant because of this. You can trust me because i may not be serious sometimes and goofy, but when i say im serious i mean it its not a joke. I really just want this to go away. I'll prevent myself from this again by staying away from staff. I wont argue, I ownt fight, I'll just stay away for now.

    I hope this was looked greatly into nick, and have a good day.

    aCookie yes i said i did say stfu but where did you get several times!?! You're obviously still angry over some 13 yr old kid telling you to stfu wheres your still spewing bullshit.

    Theres so many things that people say on factions from sexual jokes to rasicm. Some is funny some isnt, But you being so mad and bringing up so many times of me telling you to "stfu" "Several" times sounds like your finding excuses to get me jailed/muted even longer.

    I don't need to find more excuses to jail and mute you, there are enough crap placed in your history... like I said. We have player logs, everything is in there. Yes, you did tell me to 'stfu' several times. I keep track of what people say when it comes to situations like these, obviously.

    Yes, there are many sexual and racist comments out there. Which we deal with, the reason why it seems that I'm over reacting just because you told me to 'stfu' because you're saying it directly towards me. Which can be offensive, especially to a staff member. I do realize people do get offended by racist comments, but they are warned. You on the other hand, you have a whole list of warnings and bans. I was just recently talking to a few staff members about you, pretty negative comments came out of their mouths.

    I honestly think there is no point of you being apart of the AEM community now. Your attitude to this situation is absolutely terrible, and it will not win you a unban to this server. You've caused many problems in the past, you also created many ban appeals in the time you've been playing AEM. If you can't learn anything from the previous ban appeals and warnings you get from staff members. There is no reason for me to accept this ban appeal. You've already received your second chance..

    and you completely destroyed it.

    You're just causing more problems for us, as staff members. There is now no point of this ban appeal, as all you are doing is talking crap to staff members, and wasting our time.

    This ban appeal will be rejected, and locked due to extreme disrespect, disobeying rules, and the lack on honesty. Thanks for sending a ban appeal.
