Reporting: KiroAkira Server: Survival How long ago: Today What did he do? Abusing staff powers. Proof: I don't think it's needed since many staffs were online at that time. Well it all happened after server restart today. Before server restart there were a few players in the end pvping, one of them (not pointing out names) died due to lag and lost his gear, and demanded Jerekul to who was just there to fix stuff in the end, to give him a new set of gear because he died to lag, Jerekul refused and he scolded Jerekul because he went on creative mode when he died and that he was abusing his staff powers. I was right next to him when he died to 2 other players, and i warned him out of kindness earlier on to not get out of safe zone if he's lagging but he didn't listened and he still went out and died by them, then demanded his gear back cause it wasnt fair and we told him that death in the end is a fair game and all items lost would not be compensated by any staffs. Then server resetted and I logged for a moment, then KiroAkira went on teamspeak complaining to Rinne saying i died again in the end and cried about wanting to get a staff to give me back my gear, which this wasn't the case? (I was on skype with rinne at that time so I could hear what they were talking about on teamspeak) so I came on survival and still tried to be nice and told KiroAkira to not accuse me of dying in the end again and crying for items back and I told him to get his facts right before accusing me, then he started raging and mentioned how I died yesterday by a "hacker" and "cried" for my items back and asked me to drop the topic, and says that it pisses him off. Am I in the wrong? First of all, i did not even die in the end today, it was another player, I was at the end watching. Next, I died yesterday was a fact and, "crying" for my items back? LOL I dont even care about those items, is it wrong to suspect someone for hacking in pvp? And rinne was asking around for staffs to clarify if it was possible to 3 hit someone using a full prot 4 set with a sharpness 4 sword and strength 2 potion. It's not like I'm disrupting the gameplay of any players on survival when this happened, all the things that happened yesterday was said and done in private, I don't see whats the wrong in asking staffs to confirm whether that person that 3 hitted me was a hacker? So why do you have to bring that up which is totally unrelated to what happened today? After I tried to clarify that I did not die in the end today, and crying for items back as compensation is even more ridiculous, which in this case does not even relate to me at all. And he kicked me out of survival, writing "This is your final warning, drop the topic " So I can't clarify myself that it didn't happen to me? And you said I pissed you off? Because of something that does not relate to me at all? I can guarantee that he's going to ban me if I continued the conversation. Nick came in and stopped the argument shortly after. But really? Just because you're a staff means that you can overpower players with your own opinions and thoughts without knowing the truth, with your staff powers?
