Why are we still partially in 1.7?

    well i sorted the iron farm issue out...built with dark oak doors was the problem, now changed to regular oak and they are breeding.

    My villager breeder still works, and I've seen other 1.7 designs on this server that are still in working order. It's entierly possible that you guys don't meet the requirements for villgaers to breed.

    The only thing wrong was that my doors were made from dark oak and not regular, its all working now

    In a 1.8 SP world the different door types have no effect on villagers detecting them as valid doors. My guess is that it's a thing that will be covered when the other 1.8 plugins come out.

    Saying this just so it shocks no one (It may not even make a difference, not 100% sure), but if you have not heard Microsoft did buy Minecraft out, so it is my idea thinking it may take a while for 1.8.1 to come out due to Microsoft having to adjust random stuff.
