Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I was playing VMR talking about the hacks I use on VMR, for example, I said I use hacks to find diamonds and auto fishing. I don't believe I broke a rule due to the fact hacks are allowed on VMR.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I did not break any rules as VMR is a server that allowed hacking according to other staff I had talked to about this and don't believe that admitting to hacks I use on VMR should warrant a ban.​
