Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

If i get a loan and cannot pay it back in time and the 2nd person wont give me a extension it is loan scamming.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Because i fully intended to pay back the loan but there were a lot of things going on after i got the loan like school EOC's and tests and drivers training and if i miss one of those i have to pay 400 dollars to get another day all these things i explained to the 2nd person but they did not want to give me another extension, im sorry i wasnt able to pay and this is the last loan im ever taking from someone.​
