Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Scamming in my words is essentially making a deal/transaction with someone, then not following through on your part of the deal/transaction.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel as though I should be unbanned because I really do want to pay goats back his money, I know that this may sound like a bad reason, but I actually am very sorry for not paying goats back. I know this shouldn't have happened especially from an ex-staff member like me who knows the rules. I made no effort to pay him back, because I was upset with some personal things, and really just didn't have time for the server. I do have the time now which is why I am making an attempt to pay back my dues to the server and get back to the server that I know and love after about 2 months.​
